Mid-Atlantic Curling Association (MACA) Friendly Bonspiels
The Mid-Atlantic Curling Association sponsors an open bonspiels hosted four times a season at each
of the four member clubs: Chesapeake,
Philadelphia,
Plainfield and
Potomac. The MACA Friendly Bonspiel
is open to individual curlers of any skill level of the participating lcubs,
and is intended as a social gathering for members. Participants are randomly
assigned to positions and teams, allowing players the opportunity to curl
with members of other clubs. Points are accumulated for the club by its members
throughout the year in hopes of ultimately winning the MACA trophy.
Below is the schedule of the upcoming events:

Potomac Curling Club
It's a great opportunity to curl and learn from other players of different skill
levels and visit other clubs while earning points for your club. So if you have not
been to one -- or even if you have -- sign-up! You are sure to have a great time!
There will be a sign-up sheet posted at the club for those interested in participating.
We will arrange group transportation to the away clubs for anyone interested. If you have any questions
or want to sign up now, contact Julie Tsamoutales.
